My husband, my sister, my friends, and the list goes on (including
me!) are always saying, “I wish I had more time to do things!”… like being with
my family, finishing a home project or taking a well-deserved vacation.

and live happily:
- Ask your friends and family for a wish list for the most
important events during the year like Birthdays, Christmas, Weddings, and any

- Always plan for the next day. The night before sit, take a
deep breath, and write on paper or in your calendar what you need to do and
decide how long it’s going to take you (be realistic).
- Declare “FAMILY TIME” at home. You might be the busiest

your husband and catch up, dedicating more time to play with the kids, or even

your life. Start getting rid of the things you don’t use and you will be
happier! Have a place for everything. Buy containers for loose items and make
sure you know where everything is (including receipts for purchases). Time is
wasted every day because we are looking for something we cannot find. Involve
the kids and reward them for their job with stickers (they’re a hit with my two
